Purpose:?
Used to automatically checkweigh capsules or tablets one by one in the production line.
Main Parameters:?
Weighing range:10-2000mg, Highest checkweighing accuracy : 0.5-1mg.
Main Features:
1. No need to change the mould, suitable for polished capsules of size 000#,00#,0#,1#,2#,3#,4#,5# and longer capsules, as well as tablets of various shape and size.
2. Patent slide board weighing structure is made up of 6*N channels with high accuracy, reliability and easy maintenance.
3. Checkweighing speed can be adjusted by setting the vibrating feeding speed and angle of tilt.
4. Quick and reliable rejection. Easy to dismount and clean the rejection device.
5. Calibration of 6 channels can be done in 1 minutes.
6. No need to disasemble when cleaning or scrubing channels.
7. Disassembly of slide groove of one channel can be done in 10 seconds.
8. Can shut down the malfunction channel at any time.
9. Display:17 inch industrial touch panel can rotate 320°. With friendly HMI, quick response, big memory and high reliability.
10. Human Machine Interface Language: Chinese, English(opt.).
11. Supports USB and Ethernet, Modbus-TCP protocol.
12. Prevents damage or heavy wear to capsule shells, lets alone capsule distortion during feeding, queuing, checkweighing.
13. Equipped with micro pin printer. Operators can sign on paper record for confirmation, which is kept permanently, unalterable and traceable.
14. Spot check program. Can spot check capsules and save the weighing results to ensure the correct weight.
